Niagara Skyline Tours Cancellation, Refunds and Modifications Policy
Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
No-Shows
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation will be charged the full tour price and are not eligible for a refund.
Tour Modifications
Requests to modify tour dates or times must be made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled tour.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Niagara Skyline Tours reserves the right to cancel tours for safety reasons.
If we cancel a tour due to weather, customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Special Promotions or Discounted Tours
Tours booked under special promotions or at discounted rates may have different cancellation and refund terms. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), our standard cancellation policy may be adjusted. We will communicate any changes to affected customers.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or missed tour components.
Right to Refuse
Niagara Skyline Tours reserves the right to refuse a refund if the cancellation is made in breach of this policy.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will not affect existing bookings.
